Katie Kovich Edling

Katie Kovich Edling is a Paraplanner at McGee Wealth Management with nearly two decades of experience in financial planning and wealth management. Katie has built a career distinguished by expertise across advisory, asset management, operations, and financial planning. Her diverse background allows her to deliver service that is both personable and deeply informed.

Before relocating to Texas and joining McGee Wealth Management, Katie co-founded an independent wealth management practice, where she advised clients, developed financial plans, while also serving as Director of Operations. This entrepreneurial experience sharpened her ability to balance strategic oversight with client-focused planning.

Katie is currently pursuing additional industry designations through the College for Financial Planning, underscoring her commitment to professional growth and excellence in the field.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Houston with her husband and their two young children. A passionate culinary enthusiast, she loves experimenting in the kitchen and cheering on Clemson Tigers football.
